I’m a public librarian in Southern Indiana and the mother of a teenage son and daughter who are involved in multiple sports between the two of them. Our family is always on the go as we juggle their busy schedules. I’m married to a great guy who owns his own fire protection business. He trusts me to run our household when I’m not at work or a conference– the rest of the time, it’s on autopilot.
In my spare time (when I should be sleeping), I love reading nonfiction books, writing, gardening, cooking, digital photography, nature and animals, listening to classical music, and enjoying chocolate, tea, and wine. I’m always looking for ways to relax so I can appreciate all that I have before it flashes past me and becomes just a hazy memory.
Hello!
I came across your blog and saw that you are the mother of two teenagers, one of whom is fast approaching driving age! I read one of your posts that detailed your experience of riding with your daughter in the driver’s seat (http://crazybusymom.wordpress.com/2008/06/27/practice-driving/), and I felt compelled to write to you about the website that I work for, http://www.driversedguru.com.
Driver’s Ed Guru is a high-quality resource for new teen drivers and their parents. We offer nearly 100 free articles on driving, free instructional videos, and free DMV practice tests, among other useful resources. We feel it is a solid resource and hope to share it with as many new drivers as possible.
Please feel free to visit our site and click around and explore what we have to offer. I think that you’ll find it’s a reliable resource, and I hope that you’ll consider sharing it with your readers. If you’d like to link to us, we’ve created a linking page to make the process a little easier. You can access it at: http://www.driversedguru.com/link-to-us/
We are dedicated to ensuring that young drivers and their parents have access to reliable information. We hope you’ll share Driver’s Ed Guru with your readers.
Thank you in advance for your consideration.
Warm regards,
Melissa Cusumano
